For casual travel, I take the 18-55 and the 55-200 (plus the RX10 IV for longer reach). Aug 21, 2020 · For starters, here`s a comparison to show the focal length field of view differences between 16 - 18 - 55 - 80 mm, to be followed by full-size straight-out-of-camera (SOOC) JPEGs and Capture One (C1) exported RAWs - both with "Manufacturer Profile" lens corrections, but no corrections as well, seeing how that influences corner/edge sharpness. 16-55: best if you need f2.8, best IQ, fast AF. 16-80: best if you need more reach. OIS. I haven't used the 16-80 so I can't compare but the 16-55 is one of Fuji's faster AF lenses.
